These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win777ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the win777ph platform available at win777ph.net and any associated mobile applications, software, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by win777ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the win777ph Platform.

win777ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at the Company's discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

To access real-money games and services on win777ph, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the win777ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must notify win777ph immediately if any of your registered account information changes. win777ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win777ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

All transactions and activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — are your sole responsibility. win777ph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

win777ph employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account and personal data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and win777ph cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account against all possible threats.

win777ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. win777ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated win777ph account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your win777ph wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. win777ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.

win777ph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your win777ph account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.

win777ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, win777ph may withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of an investigation.

win777ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, baccarat, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

• Abuse: win777ph reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion is detected.

All games available on the win777ph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer systems sourced from licensed and audited game providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on win777ph's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final. win777ph's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward win777ph staff or other players.

win777ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances in such accounts, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the win777ph Platform — including but not limited to the win777ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of win777ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any win777ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of win777ph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

win777ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your win777ph account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win777ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

win777ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win777ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win777ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, win777ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your win777ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and win777ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. win777ph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Nothing in this section shall prevent win777ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

win777ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win777ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the win777ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
